This is a very rare opportunity to work in this newly created and unique position. The business is within a b2b conference organiser whose events are considered 'best of' within their respective verticals. They are looking to bring in an experienced delegate sales manager to work with each of the internal delegate managers to help them to level up their teams, events and personal careers. At its core, this is a training and mentoring leadership position where you'd shadow manage and help develop their personal skills and strategic implementation.
